Rolls-Royce-inspired fiber optic starlight ceilings — custom-built and installed in any vehicle.
The starlight headliner was made famous by Rolls-Royce — a $12,000+ factory option that turned the roof of the Phantom and Ghost into a twinkling star field. It became one of the most recognizable luxury car features in the world. Now, you can have that same experience installed in your vehicle — whether it's a BMW, Tesla, Dodge Charger, or Toyota Camry — at a fraction of the cost, with customizations Rolls-Royce doesn't even offer.
Here's how it works: we carefully remove your vehicle's headliner and hand-thread hundreds of individual fiber optic strands through the material. Each strand is a "star" — and we control the size, placement, and density to create anything from a subtle scattering of tiny points to a dense galaxy effect with bright feature stars and dim background glow. The fibers connect to an LED light engine hidden in your trunk or behind a trim panel, powered by your vehicle's electrical system with a dedicated on/off switch.
Want shooting stars that streak across your ceiling? We build those in. Custom constellations — Orion, the Big Dipper, your zodiac sign? Done. Color-changing modes that cycle through the rainbow or hold on your favorite hue? Standard on most of our kits. Every installation is completely custom — we don't use pre-made panels or shortcuts. The fiber strands are individually placed by hand for a natural, random star pattern that looks real, not manufactured.
We can recreate real constellations, your zodiac sign, or a completely custom pattern. Every placement is hand-done — your star field is one of a kind.
Dedicated shooting star fibers create streaks of light that arc across your headliner at random intervals — the signature feature that makes passengers do a double-take.
RGB light engines let you choose any color — classic white, cool blue, warm amber, purple, or set it to slowly cycle through the entire spectrum on its own.
Sedans, SUVs, trucks, coupes — we've installed starlight headliners in everything. If it has a headliner, we can turn it into a night sky.
High-quality fiber optic strands, commercial-grade LED light engines, and proper wiring harnesses — no cheap Amazon kits. Built to last the life of your vehicle.
Your headliner is carefully removed, fibers are hand-threaded, and everything is reinstalled to factory fit. No sagging, no loose panels, no visible wiring.
Most installations take 1-3 days depending on the complexity. A standard star field with a few hundred fiber optic strands can be done in a day. More elaborate installations with shooting star effects, multiple fiber sizes for varying star brightness, and custom constellation patterns may take 2-3 days. We'll give you a time estimate during your consultation.
Yes. We install starlight headliners in sedans, SUVs, trucks, coupes, and convertibles. The headliner is removed, the fiber optics are threaded through, and the headliner is reinstalled with the light engine hidden in the trunk or behind a panel. Whether you drive a Honda Civic or a Mercedes S-Class, we can make it happen.
A starlight headliner modification is considered an aftermarket accessory. It does not void your overall vehicle warranty — only the specific component modified (the headliner itself) could be affected. The electrical draw from the LED light engine is minimal and does not interfere with vehicle electronics. We use non-destructive installation methods wherever possible.
Our LED light engines support a full RGB color spectrum — white, cool blue, warm amber, purple, green, red, and everything in between. Many of our installations include color-changing controllers so you can switch between colors or set the stars to slowly cycle through the spectrum. You can also mix fiber sizes to create bright "feature stars" alongside a field of smaller, dimmer stars for a realistic night sky effect.
